I would tend to agree with you dark side but everything has a start and unfortunately for us that want that shift now, patience is required but lobbying our respective governments to jump onto eco friendly products is the best we can do......for now.

if they have infringed on patent beyond the 20% design issue then sorry samsung property rights of patents should always be adhered to.
